Lighter weights = toning? ❌ 👎🏻
In order to have muscle tone, you’re first going to need some muscle.
And if you’re only busting out low weights with high reps, you’re limiting your progress.
Make sure you get a good range of both heavy (low rep) and light (high rep) weights for best results.
Oh, and make sure you’re working hard too 💪🏻
